Frustration

I have never been so frustrated with an internet search than I am every time I attempt to find paved bike paths in our area. Hours of searching yields nothing! Grrrrrr! I can find bike paths aplenty in San Diego, and plenty of mountain bike trails around here, but when I want to find just a simple, easy, paved bike path within 25 miles, I come up empty handed!

We were going to go biking today, but aside from the fact that I can’t find any paths (!) the weather is rainy and there’s supposed to be thunderstorms this afternoon. Too bad, I was looking forward to biking in some cooler weather.

We may go to the library later, I need to pick up a couple books that came in for me, and the library bookstore is having a bag sale, too. Of course, by the time we get there, it’ll probably be pretty well picked-over, but maybe I’ll be able to find a few children’s books at least.

We’ve been reading some bible after dinner in the evenings. We’ve gone through Joshua, and now we’re going through Exodus. It’s been enjoyable and educational.

M still couldn’t get the computer working at work last week, but I am hopeful that he will get it figured out. It will make his job a lot easier.
